ToS - Terms of Service is nothing more than a legal statement that tells you if you uses a companies service, you and your information will legally get treated in a certain way

EULA - End Users Licence Agreement is used details how the software can and cannot be used and any restrictions that the manufacturer imposes in the user of the software.

CC - Creative Commons has been around for quite a few years as an alternative to copyrighting any intellectual content i.e. software, music, photographs and writing. What makes Creative Commons is the free tools that let authors, scientists, artists, and educators easily mark their creative work with the freedoms they want it to carry. You can use CC to change your copyright terms from “All Rights Reserved” to “Some Rights Reserved.”

CC or Creative Commons is for protection of intellectual property. Terms of Service (or ToS) is quite different than a EULA or End User Licence Agreement. A EULA is that long legal statement that you agree to before installing some software on your computer. ToS is the agreement to a condition of service when using a service provide by a company/website.
